Sometimes my clients tell me that they are not sure what I mean when I say this. One way you can get in touch with your soul, is to quiet your mind and be still, or if that doesn’t work for you, do something physical to get out of your headspace, like taking a walk in nature, going running or swimming etc. Whenever you are not in “overthinking mode” ask yourself - when do I feel like I am at my best? That can guide you to your own soul-activation list.
