1) Make your Ideal Relationship List (To do this, as what qualities do YOU NEED to be happy?).

2) Identiify which of your current friends has a high-quality relationship based on YOUR list.

3) Ask that friend to invite you out (not to matchmake you), but to invite you to b-day parties or other gatherings so you can mix and mingle with their friends!

If someone is a quality partner to your friend, chances are good that their own friends are also quality partner material. There is no shame in you expressing to your friend that you would love to meet more of their partner’s friends. Your real friends want to see you happy and want to help you in this journey.
